place the rib on a cookie sheet pan and put it in the oven at 300F. Roast for 1 to 2 hours, depending on your size rib.
Check with a thermometer for an internal temperature of 120 for rare, 125F for medium rare, 130 for medium, and over 135 for everything else. (not recommended lol) Rib could possibly take upwards of 3 hours.
Check often after it reaches a temperature of 100. It will take forever to reach 100, but it will go quickly from 100 to 125. After the desired temperature is reached….let the rib rest for 20 minutes.

300F FOR APPROX 30-40 MINS; CHECK WITH A THERMOMETER FOR YOUR DESIRED DONENESS.

Cook in a HOT oven at 325F for 14-20 minutes
