COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- PRIME RIB

- Place the rib on a cookie sheet pan and put it in the oven at 300F.
- Roast for 1 to 2 hours, depending on your size rib.
- Check with a thermometer for an internal temperature of 120 for rare, 125F for medium rare, 130 for medium, and over 135 for everything else. (not recommended, lol)
- Rib could possibly take upwards of 3 hours.
- Check often after it reaches a temperature of 100.
- It will take forever to reach 100, but it will go quickly from 100 to 125.
- After the desired temperature is reached….let the rib rest for 20 mins.
- TENDERLOIN
- 300F FOR APPROX 30-40 MINS; CHECK WITH A THERMOMETER FOR YOUR DESIRED DONENESS.
- SCOTTISH SALMON
- cook in a HOT oven at 325F for 14-20 minutes.
- FLOUNDER
- SAME AS ABOVE. 20-30 minutes.
- CHICKEN DISHES/EGGPLANT PARM
- SAME AS ABOVE
- MAC N CHEESE
- 325F HOT oven for 40-45 minutes.
- MASH/STUFFING
- reheat in 325F HOT oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Other VEGETABLES
- reheat in 325F oven for 15-25 minutes.
- APPETIZERS
- 325F HOT oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- LASAGNA
- 325F 40 to 60 minutes until the internal temperature is 155. Let rest for 25 mins
